and i still feel disgusting! 119lbs want to get to 110 by november then my ugw is 90. i can do this. my mum said to me last night that i was getting too skinny again...i know im not and shes just saying that to make me eat more but still...

NEVER add whip on your drink no matter how much you enjoy it,its just added fat and calories we dont want.
always ask for non-fat milk in your drink. remeber to ask because if not they will just use full fat milk.
if your going to have a frappe either have the coffee blend light or juice blends. please try to aviod the cream blends.
Have a brewed tea 0 calories. and avoid the signature hot choclate there's 480 calories with non fat milk and thats a tall size.
i found these light-bread things that are really yum and only have 27 cals in.
so its great when you feel a craving coming on.also whatever i do consume i've started to eat much slower and with liquid so i feel full quicker.
i have lost 3lbs which i was shocked about but yay!
