urgh today was binge day...the worst thing is i couldnt bring myself to purge after :l

my aday

my day has been A W F U L! this morning i started off with a up & go -191 then went to the city for a while. bought a red bull, they didnt have the sugar free one which pissed me off so drank half of that :l 100. then i came home & my mum went to the effort to make a big lunch for me (fuckknow's why she thinks i need that) but she did & i felt too guilty not too eat it cause she never does this, & i know she cant afford to do it so i couldnt say no. i had salad - 200 bread-50 chicken 40 with some dips which were prob 30 in total together. just snacked on a celery and cucmber stick -3. i wasnt even hungry but i ate it anyway. chicken stirfry for dinner-300 around and just had 2 white chocolate balls :( i hate walking past mirrors and seeing what a fattass i am it makes me feel sick :/

i dont know how many calories i ate today & tbh i dont want to know. way over 1000 i know it i fucking hate myself & food. i have no self control anymore & it frustrates me because i know how much i used to have, how i could look at food & not even want to eat it, to look at it & feel physically sick. i need to lose this weight...

i hate school holidays, im always at home by myself and bored. and when im bored i tend to eat so i always end up eating more then i usually would!
today ive had toast with penut butter...i was craving it so much
and corn on the cob (no butter)
and i still feel disgusting! 119lbs want to get to 110 by november then my ugw is 90. i can do this. my mum said to me last night that i was getting too skinny again...i know im not and shes just saying that to make me eat more but still...

i just want to be skinny is that so much to ask?

NEVER add whip on your drink no matter how much you enjoy it,its just added fat and calories we dont want.
always ask for non-fat milk in your drink. remeber to ask because if not they will just use full fat milk.
if your going to have a frappe either have the coffee blend light or juice blends. please try to aviod the cream blends.

Have a brewed tea 0 calories. and avoid the signature hot choclate there's 480 calories with non fat milk and thats a tall size.

Ok so i havent been on here in a while. & since then i've been really off track so im starting to come on much much more.
i found these light-bread things that are really yum and only have 27 cals in.
so its great when you feel a craving coming on.also whatever i do consume i've started to eat much slower and with liquid so i feel full quicker.

i have lost 3lbs which i was shocked about but yay!
